- How do I install the license key?
Copy and past your license key (trial or purchased) into the trace.properties file for Ant build scripts and into
the <trace-analyst> plugin section of your Maven pom.xml file.
- Can I upgrade my license key and receive a discount?
Yes, if at some stage you want to upgrade from one license key band to another we will apportion the remaining value
of your current key to the value of the new key. Please email the support email account with your request.
- Do you supply training and consultancy services?
Yes, we can. At this stage we don"t have any specific information to provide on the website but our parent company RHE
Group have offices and people in London, Sydney, Auckland and Wellington. Travel can also be arranged to most
other major cities.
- Do you support "Insert My Technology Here"?
If you have specific request to support a particular technology then please email the support email account. The more
people ask for a particular technology then the more quickly we will support it. We have specific plans to support the
following in the near future:
- Hudson build server (though even now you could just use Ant/Maven and the simple HTML reports).
- .Net with NUnit
